A new Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of AWT Rekultivace

As of 23 June 2017, Maciej Biernat was appointed new Chairman of the Board of Directors of AWT Rekultivace, member of the PKP CARGO Group. On the same date, Mr. Kamil Holenda became Director of AWT Rekultivace.
 
In his professional career Kamil Holenda was for example an executive and director of the company Keravit and later he was a CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company SEEIF Ceramic. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of AWT Rekultivace since April 2017. He graduated from the Technical University of Ostrava – Faculty of Economics.
 
Maciej Biernat is professionally associated above all with the financial sector and real estate. He was active on boards of directors of many companies, he was a strategy leader and member of a steering committee of a group of lease companies belonging to the Austrian Bankers Association. Since March 2016, he has been associated with the PKP CARGO Group where he has been Director of the Real Estate Department and since April 2016, he has been member of the Board of Directors of AWT Rekultivace. In addition, he graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University or European University VIADRINA.
 
The previous director Andrzej Santarius was recalled from the Board of Directors of AWT Rekultivace and from the position of the company director as of 23 June 2017 and he will continue his professional career outside the AWT Group.
